• The competition will be conducted in Individual (with Men’s and Women’s Division) and Team format.
• Result will be recorded on time basis according to the official time of the Organizer.

Individual

Quota: 40 / time slot

• Each participant needs to finish 10 required actions appropriately as soon as possible. Speed, power, agility and endurance are the emphasis of the competition.
• The Champion, 1^st runner up and 2^nd runner up will be awarded in each time slot.

Team

Quota: 10 teams / time slot

• 4 members in a team and members have to take turns to finish 10 required actions appropriately as soon as possible. Fitness and teamwork are the emphasis of the competition.
• The Champion, 1^st runner up and 2^nd runner up will be awarded in each time slot.

Ten required actions

• Push Up

• Squat

• Jumping Jacks

• Sit Up

• High Knee

• Triceps dip on chair

• Push-up and rotation

• Burpee Jump

• Lunge

• Plank

Prize (for each time slot)

Team

Important Note

1. Limited quota, first come first served;
2. The organizer reserves the right to restrict and refuse to accept the application;
3. Participants should wear proper sportswear to join this competition, otherwise organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participants;
4. Participants are responsible for personal accident insurance;
5. The organizer reserves the right to contact the participants in order to process its application;
6. Participants aged under 18 years old on the event date required their parent or guardian’s consent for their participation and their parent/guardian should have read the terms and conditions;
7. The organizer reserves the final decision on the event. If the participant causes public uneasiness or makes any other act that the organizer considers to be improper, the organizer shall have the right to disqualify the participant;
8. Participants should be aware of and understand the risks involved in taking part in this competition, and acknowledge the degree of fitness required to take part therein. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure that they are physically fit to participate in and complete the competition without any medical or other assistance. Any person who is pregnant or suffering from any chronic disease such as heart disease or high blood pressure should not participate in the competition. The Organizer reserves the right to disallow / disqualify any person who is known to have the above condition. The Organizer at its sole discretion also has the right to suspend any participant who appears or is suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event.
9. Participants must agree to comply with and accept the terms and conditions of the participants;
10. The organizer reserves the right to pursue compensation for the damage caused to the event equipment/facilities due to improper use of the participants;
11. Participants are required to take care of their personal property during the event. The organizer is not responsible for any loss incurred from their participation in the competition;
12. All results will be confirmed in accordance with the official time and record of the Organizer. No objection from the participants will be accepted;
13. In case of disputes, the decisions of the Organizer shall be final;
