Organized by the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, subvented by Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and title sponsored by Samsung Electronics H.K. Company, Limited, Samsung 60^th Festival of Sport (FOS) was kicked off in March with more than 60 National Sports Associations (NSA) co-organizing around 80 sports events among various districts of Hong Kong to promote the concept of “Sport for All”. To celebrate the 60^th Anniversary of the event and also the 20^th Anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR, the Carnival cum Closing Ceremony will be held on 3-4 June 2017 at Kowloon Park to further promote the message of “Sport for All” by arranging a series of sports activities open for the public to taste the joy of sport!
