Competitions Details

Date: 3 -4 June 2017 (Saturday & Sunday)

Location: Indoor Sports Centre (Arena), Kowloon Park

Target: aged 6 or above

Time:

Quota: 40/section (for preliminary)

Competition Content:

• Participants need to receive the table tennis to specific scoring areas within 60 seconds, total scores will be calculated for each participant.
• Participants ranked top 15 in the preliminary can enter the semi-final and the top 5 in the semi-final will be promoted to final.
• Results and ranking will be updated simultaneously to decide the participants’ list for semi-final (15 pax) and final (5 pax).

Prize:

• Participants who enter the semi-final (15 pax) will be awarded a FILA Towel.
• Champion of each section will be awarded i) a Kee Wah Bakery Limited Gift Set with Recycle Bag and ii) China Travel Service (HK) Ltd. $200 gift Voucher and iii) a FILA travel bag (valued $450). (Note: Additional competition will be arranged among participants with the same score in the final immediately after the section. Those who are absent will be deemed to have dropped out of the competition.)

Important notes:

1. Limited quota, first come first served;
2. The organizer reserves the right to restrict and refuse to accept the application;
3. Participants should wear proper sportswear to join this competition, otherwise organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participants;
4. Participants are responsible for personal accident insurance;
5. The organizer reserves the right to contact the participants in order to process its application;
6. Participants aged under 18 years old on the event date required their parent or guardian’s consent for their participation and their parent/guardian should have read the terms and conditions;
7. The organizer reserves the final decision on the event. If the participant causes public uneasiness or makes any other act that the organizer considers to be improper, the organizer shall have the right to disqualify the participant;
8. Participants must ensure that they are fit to participate in the competition and agree to comply with and accept the terms and conditions of the participants;
9. The organizer reserves the right to pursue compensation for the damage caused to the event equipment/facilities due to improper use of the participants;
10. Participants are required to take care of their personal property during the event. The organizer is not responsible for any loss incurred from their participation in the competition;
11. All results will be confirmed in accordance with the official time and record of the Organizer. No objection from the participants will be accepted;
12. In case of disputes, the decisions of the Organizer shall be final;
