SF&OC Sports Legacy Company Limited (SF&OC SLCL) is under the auspices of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) and has been registered under the Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Through the “Sports Legacy Scheme” and “Sports Legacy Physical Fitness Programme”, we assist our athlete coaches in their post-athletic career transformation and foster students’ personal development by providing sports-specific and physical fitness training.
“Sports Legacy Physical Fitness Programme” was formed by a team of retired or retiring athletes. The team will provide a series of physical fitness tests to participants in order to generate a physical fitness level for participants’ reference.
Objective:
- To promote the concept of “Sport for All”
- To enhance the public’s understanding of Physical Fitness
- To identify teenagers’ sports talent and to provide recommendation for sports selection to them (For aged 18 or below only)
Target:
- Aged 6-60 with health body condition and suitable for participate in physical exercises.
- Age >18 to 60: Physical Fitness test and analyze
- Age 6 to ≤ 18: Physical Fitness test, analyze and sports selection recommendation
